Creaform - quick casting compound, as the case may be alginate, has to be mixed with water at a ratio 1 : 2,5. It solidifies until it’s an elastc compound in 5 to 10 minutes. It only consists of vegetable constituent parts, protein, preserving agents and biological binders without any further chemicals. It’s very suitable for casting body parts.

Just mix Creaform or alginate with water at a ratio 1 : 3. You can also water it down a little more and apply the compound to the prototype.

Remove the solidified compound from the pot. Take the prototype (hand) out. If there are strong undercuts, cut a work plane into it to part it finally.

It’s possible to fill it with all kinds of casting compound but it’s not necessarily suitable for candle wax.
